A couple days ago I sprained my ankle/foot real bad falling down 5 stair steps where I now have black and blue marks around my ankle and my leg along with the swelling and itching because of it. Other than using ice all day and night and taking Motrin, I applied the Miracle Oil Tea Tree Crème which I recently received. I am amazed at how well it has helped me. It is very soothing and has a good scent. It is a thicker crème. A little bit goes a long way. I felt relief just a few minutes later. I highly recommend this product.
